How long does it take?

We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a final response within 15 business days (no later than 35 business days if additional time is required).

What if I'm not satisfied with the outcome?

You may request an internal review or escalate the complaint to an external dispute resolution body or competent authority. Details will be provided in our final response.
